What’s Covered?
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for inspection. If we determine that the issue is due to a defect, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. If the item is no longer available, we may offer a similar replacement or a refund.
Complimentary Cleaning & Inspections
We recommend having your diamond rings cleaned and inspected every six months to maintain their brilliance and security. Our customers can take advantage of this service free of charge—you only cover shipping to us, and we cover the return shipping.
Conditions & Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss of stones, theft, or unauthorized repairs. Common jewelry issues that are not covered include:
- Discoloration from exposure to chemicals, makeup, or pools.
- Worn prongs and metal that require maintenance.
- Lost stones due to normal wear or accidental damage.
